Karniland guarantees the perfect condition of the plants at the start.
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of your order. Only non-perishable goods can be returned (pots, substrates). Plants and seeds cannot be returned and therefore cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging.

Return & Exchange Policy
The shipping time is generally 24 to 48 hours.
The goods travel at the risk of the customer, the delivery services being solely responsible in the event of delay or loss. We could not be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to the carrier.
However, feel free to let us know of any problems you may encounter in order to help us find a compromise with you and the carriers that will improve the experience.
